Spearhead Hawaiian Style Pale Ale

I first encountered this fine brew at a beerfest in Gravenhearst in August…a wonderfully hoppy pale ale…not sure where the Hawaiian influence comes from but definitely worth a try! At Borealis in Kitchener.

At the risk of repeating myself…You need to try this right now before it’s gone for another season…

Muskoka Brewery’s Winter Beard

First time in a new pub I’ve passed dozens of times and I find they have a great selection of draft beer! The Winter Beard is a double chocolate cranberry stout from Muskoka and definitely worth a visit to Borealis in Kitchener.

Stonecutter Scotch Ale from New Zealand

A rare (at least in these parts) craft brew from New Zealand…very nice malt forward ale…Rob would say it’s chewy. 7%, but I won’t hold that against it! This one goes out to my buddy Len.

Sunday Afternoon

What’s a man to do to get his football when he cancels cable? A cozy pub with lots of TV’s and a steady supply of Guinness comes to the rescue!
